Hotel Option( )_________:
- Hotel Availability:
If a room was booked at the
last minute, there is ALWAYS a chance we cannot get a room.
For the most part, there are always rooms but in case,
not, we will go as far as 20 miles off course in search
of one.
- Hotel Cost: (
)_________: We
have a small surcharge of 10% for booking rooms over and
above the cost of the reservation we book for
Overnights.
- Hotel Types:
(
)_________:
We try and book hotels with a spa & pool and rated 3 stars
with a restaurant but may not always succeed due to the
small towns we stay in along the way of the tour. We offer a list of the Hotels we are staying at after the
tour is booked, in case you'd like to book at the same hotel
the rest of the group is staying, which we hope you will. We
try and stay at 3 star rated hotels with a spa and pool but
in the end will take what is available to move forward.
- Q: Are Hotels Included in the Tour Price?
A: Actually, we used to do just that but some people don't mind camping
along the way to avoid the cost of hotels. We opt on providing as many
options as possible to suit a larger audience of riders. Hotels can be
booked most anytime. Once we get closer to the trip, like 14
days is at times another story. As far as meals go, we cannot even try
to accommodate the diets and special foods that may be apart of riders
diet.
- At the time you book the tour we'll research the going
rates & room charges and bill you for them. Once the invoice is paid in
full we will book the rooms. These are subject to the actual cost of the
rooms, plus a 10% reservation fee based on room cost.
- Q: What type of Hotels are
being booked for us.
A:
We try and book nice rooms based on the star
rating systems which can go from 2.5 to 3 stars and up at moderately
priced Hotels such as La Quinta. Optionally, you can book your own room. Special Request: Below you'll see various options for
Hotel Booking. We'll do our best to fulfill the rooming request but
in the end may come down to whatever we can get, especially if we
don't have much notice.
C ancellations
Cancellations are made as fair as possible. We understand
that no one really wants to cancel, including
ourselves but sometimes
things happen. Setting up
tours, however, is an incredible amount of laborious effort and
therefore refunds are somewhat conditional. There are cost we incur
when we make reservations and sometimes reservations cost made
in your behalf are
impossible to get back, much like the airlines. Once payment
has been made on a motorcycle with EagleRider it is NON-refundable (which
includes changing the models) IF cancelled, best that can be done is a rain-check,
but we offer no refunds.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may
cause, but it is what it is. The options were given to us
from EagleRider and we pass these on to our customers.

| Friendly Good Natured Riders
WANTED! |
( )_________:
Our Tours are meant for the majority of friendly good
natured riders.
There are no clicks of bikes, or bikers, no favoritism
being played with motorcycles, nor riders, nor race, nor
sex, nor nationalistic pride of any sorts, nor color, nor
creed, nor class, nor age. We enjoy the tours as much as our
customers, who knows, perhaps even more and we certainly
want EVERYONE to feel at home, welcomed and our friend.
We realize that some people have difficulty in expressing
themselves without the use of fowl language, even in the
presence of those who may not appreciate colorful thoughts.
We, however, at VVMT
ask that fowl expressions in language, hand gestures, or
off-color jokes that take on slanderous connotations not be
used around other riders AT ALL, ANYWHERE ON THE TOUR.
Any rider who can't seem to express himself without it's
use, don't even bother signing up. |

Weather Almanac: |
The biggest problem with weather isn't so
much rain, it is the wind and it's unpredictable
across the desert. Wind gust and side drafts take your bike
from one point of the road to the other. It is one reason
for single file because conditions from big trucks on the
interstate and wind drafts can take your bike from the edge
of your lane, moving you across the lane to the next. We
don't have that much rain, once in a while. We average 4.13
inches of rain per year in Las Vegas. Is it going to be on
the day of the tour? Lets hope not but if we start out, and
it starts to rain, I carry rain gear for those types of days
to deal with it. You can get at least a rain poncho for
about $2, which is better than nothing or ruining a leather
jacket.
