Ride to Torrey (Photos) Utah tour is 360 miles each way,
coming back on the same roads. This is a fast paced trip through
canyons, mountain summits reaching 10,000 elevations. This trip can be
done in 2 or 3 days. One part includes a decent dirt road of a few miles
through some cow ranches, also, you'll find a place through Zion that
not to many know about. We'll run through Cedar Canyon and past Bryce
Canyon. We'll not have time to stop at Bryce, that's another tour. This
ride carries us across hundreds of twisters, meadows, cow pastures,
ranches and small town atmospheres. For those that know parts of this
ride, it's their favorite of all rides. You should be an experienced
rider for this trip and able to endure many miles in one day at a fast
pace. Usually, riders who've done this in a day have most likely done
several hundred miles in a day, the problem is animals such as Cows, Elk
and Deer. We'll take a few photos but not hundreds, this is just for the
ride - "The Ride 2 Torrey". Total Miles: 720 / 360 Each Way :) Below are a few of the photos taken on a recent trip. This is a new area for us and have already made some adjusts... i.e. so we don't hit a dirt road, like the one in some of the photos below. This was a GREAT trip, one of the best we've ever had. Hence, for 2010 will be one of the feature overnights. It's a simple 2 day trip covering close to 800 miles of rich mountainous beauty.
